All orders are sent via Canada Post.
Flat rate shipping fee of 12.95$ for orders under 300$.
Due to weight and size, orders under 300$ containing board games will ship at a flat rate of 16.95$. Free Shipping on orders over $300 after any applicable promotions or discount and before taxes with the exception of Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Eastern Labrador. These are excluded from this offer. Please be advised that you will be contacted by an agent for the extra shipping cost.
We offer a shipping flat rate of 18.95$ for most continental US states. Due to weight and size, orders containing board games will ship at a flat rate of 22.95$.
At this time, we cannot process orders to be shipped outside Canada and the United States. If you have any questions, you can contact us at email@example.com
Due to the volatility of the trading card market, all sales are final.
We will not accept returns on any products unless the item was damaged during shipping, in which case we will do an exchange. If damaged, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery with a copy of your invoice.
In the event that a returned order has any packaging, manuals, accessories or other items missing, the return will be refused. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or if the item was damaged during shipping.
We will not be held responsible for manufacturer's errors and defects such as damaged/missing cards or damaged internal components (within a sealed box). We will not accept returns on any items that we deem to be a manufacturer's error but we will direct you to the manufacturer's customer service for replacement inquiries. Refunds will only be issued for orders that have been cancelled prior to shipment.
We offer same day pickup for most online orders at our Decarie Boulevard location. When placed during business hours, your order will generally be ready for pickup within 2 hours. You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification when your order is available for store pick up. Your order cannot be picked up until we’ve sent you the “Ready for Pickup” notification.
If we have the items in stock at our physical store, you will receive an email notification when you can pass by for a pick up (usually within 2 business hours). Lots of our online inventory is stored at our warehouse and needs to be delivered to the store for pickup. This typically takes anywhere from 2 hours to 2 business days.>
If more than 2 days have passed and you still have not received a notification after checking your junk/spam folders, please contact us and we will investigate for you!
Please bring both your order number and a piece of photo ID matching the billing address you have provided when placing your order. We may decline to release an order if you do not have valid ID with you.
Please make sure you provide the exact name shown on your ID and method of payment when placing your order.
If the value of your order is around $500 or more, you will need to present the credit card used for the purchase in addition to your ID in order to pick up. The billing address must match the information on your ID, and both must match the information provided on the order. If this is your first purchase with us and your order exceeds $500, we reserve the right to refund the original purchase and ask you to pay in person at the time of pick up as an additional security measure.
Products marked as “pre-order” on our website will be shipped out on the manufacturer's release date noted on the product page. Please note that release dates are subject to change. If the release date is changed, it will be updated on this product page. Please check back frequently for updates.
If multiple pre-order items with different release dates are ordered at the same time, all items on the order will be held until the item with the latest release date becomes in stock. This also applies to pre-order items ordered at the same time as in-stock items.
All “hits” from our group breaks are shipped out once a week free of charge. Hits will be shipped through standard letter mail. If you would like tracking/insurance to be added there will be an additional cost (contact us for details). All numbered base cards (The Cup, SP Game Used etc.) are considered “hits” and will be shipped free of charge. Regular base cards (Series 1, SP Authentic etc.) will not be shipped unless requested. Payments sent for group/box/case breaks are absolutely non-refundable under any circumstances.
As an Authorized Internet Retailer for Upper Deck we are only able to sell newly released Upper Deck products within Canada until 1 year after the release date of the product. If you reside in the United States and attempt to purchase any Upper Deck products before the 1-year deadline, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
As an Authorized Internet Retailer of Wizards of the Coast, we may only ship sealed Magic the Gathering products within Canada until 1 year after the release date of the product. If you reside outside of Canada and attempt to purchase any Magic the Gathering products before the 1-year deadline, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
