How long will it take for my order to be ready for pickup?
We offer same-day pickup for most online orders. When placed during business hours, your order will generally be ready for pickup within 4 hours if your preferred store location holds the product.
If your preferred store does not have the product in stock, we offer free store transfers, and your order will typically be ready within 2 business days.
You will receive a “Ready for Pickup” notification when your order is available for store pick up. Your order cannot be picked up until we’ve sent you the “Ready for Pickup” notification.
Some of our online inventory is stored at our warehouse and needs to be delivered to the store for pickup. This typically takes up to 2 business days.
If more than 2 days have passed and you still have not received a notification after checking your junk/spam folders, please contact us and we will investigate for you!
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Please bring both your order number and a piece of photo ID matching the billing address you have provided when placing your order. We may decline to release an order if you do not have valid ID with you.
My preferred name is different from the name shown on my ID. What should I do?
Please make sure you provide the exact name shown on your ID when placing your order.
Important Note Regarding High Value Orders
If the value of your order is around $500 or more, you will need to present the credit card used for the purchase in addition to your ID in order to pick up. The billing address must match the information on your ID, and both must match the information provided on the order. If this is your first purchase with us and your order exceeds $500, we reserve the right to refund the original purchase and ask you to pay in person at the time of pick up as an additional security measure.
