Meanwhile, the mysterious Arashikage ninja clan has struck out against G.I. Joe! Shadow of the Serpent features new player cards and scenarios to face. This expansion also features rules for the new G.I. Joe base. Build and upgrade a base of operations and use its abilities in the battle against Cobra.
