Canada Post Strike

We will continue to ship your orders to you as quickly as possible using alternate carriers for the duration of the strike. Unfortunately at this time we expect longer delivery times for all orders, regardless of carrier.

Below are some of the questions we anticipate you having and our plans and policies for the duration of the strike.

Q: How will you be shipping orders during the strike? Should I expect delays?
During this time, we will be utilizing multiple alternate Courier Services (FedEx, UPS, Purolator, etc) to ensure deliveries continue to reach our customers as quickly and conveniently as possible.

Longer delivery times are expected during the strike due to increased volumes for the carriers.

Q: My order is already in the mail, what is going to happen to it?
Orders currently out for delivery with Canada Post will be delayed during the national strike. They will be delivered as quickly as possible on a first-in, first-out basis once operations resume.

Q. My shipping address is a PO Box.
We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please do not use your PO Box as a shipping address until the strike is over as only Canada Post has access to these. Your order will not ship until the strike is over.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to provide a seamless shopping experience despite these challenges.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. Thank you for your continued support!
